The classic Negroni at Restaurante Amanecer Fuengirola in Fuengirola, Spain, is boozy with plenty of bitterness. On my visit on 29 July 2026, it cost 110 kronor. The bitterness is one of the drink’s strong points, but the sweetness is missing, and the balance suffers. The glass gets a solid thumbs-up, while the ice fails to impress. And I don’t understand the straw—what is it doing in a Negroni? Despite a good glass and pronounced bitterness, the whole thing doesn’t quite come together. The overall score comes to 4.9 out of 10.
