About us

negronis.se is a passion project by people who think a well-made negroni is one of life's greatest simple pleasures.

We travel, drink and document. Every bar we visit is rated on the same five criteria: ice, glass, bitterness, sweetness and balance. The total score is the average of these, converted to a ten-point scale.

Our method

We visit bars anonymously and always pay for our own drinks. No bar knows it is being reviewed until the review is published. That is the only way to keep the judgement honest.
